Kelly’s Bruchetta

Fresh Tomatoes Roughly chopped
Garlic Roughly chopped
Dried Oregano
Fetta Greek Style Cubed
Bread
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Tabasco/Vinegar (optional)

Chop several cloves of garlic per person, add to fry pan with hot olive oil. When garlic smells add roughly chopped tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add cubed fetta after tomatoes start to cook but before they break down too much. Meanwhile toast bread brushed with olive oil. To serve, pile tomato mixture on bread and sprinkle with tabasco or vinegar to taste.
